Hi we are Craig and Tammy Cockrell! We grew up in Memphis, Texas. We decided we wanted to return to our family farming roots a few years ago.

My wife and I had heard positive things about this winery from close friends who were regular visitors to this place so we decided to try it this weekend. What our friends failed to tell us is that these guys have a wood-fired pizza oven and churn out what I would describe as one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted!

Very very nice. Great patio and location. Home made pizza oven cooks em quick and the pizza is the best in the area (and for ya city slickers it’s as good as you’re going to get in DFW!). We had the Rose which was nicely chilled and perfect for the warm summer afternoon. Support your local artisan shops - give Cockrell Vineyard a try. You won’t be disappointed.
